Internet Explorer 10 issues with the portal

Please read if you are experiencing problems using the client portal

On Sunday April 7th, Microsoft released Internet Explorer 10 as a critical update. This caused many PC’s to automatically update to the the latest version. Mobile Health is working on a new update to the portal with new features which will have IE 10 compatability. But for now the portal is not compatible, and many clients are experiencing difficulties using some of the features.

To resolve this situation, we have a few tips and advice for our client portal users:

  1. Downgrade your browser to version 9
  2. Use Mozilla’s Firefox instead of Internet Explore. Click here to download Firefox.
  3. Change your compatibility settings – the recommended setting

To change your Explorer compatibility setting, follow these instructions below:

  • Open Internet Explorer 10
  • Go to www.mobilehealth.net
  • Press the ALT key on your keyboard
  • A toolbar will appear on top
  • Click on Tools
  • Scroll down to Compatibility View Settings
  • Type mobilehealth.net in the text box under Add this website
  • Click on Add
  • Click on Close

This is a permanent fix and once applied, you do not have to repeat the above steps again.
