Although these packages are a great starting point in planning your program, we find that most clients still enjoy custom flexibility in defining their own packages, for their own specific business needs.
Entry Level Background Check
This package is considered the best practice approach when hiring a new employee. These reports help verify the person’s identity and offers standard criminal searches. In addition to employees, companies should consider the entry level reports for anyone with access to the workplace. This includes cleaning staff, vendors, contractors and more.
Middle Level Background Check
The middle level background check packages includes all of the entry level minimum but with additional verification and federal reports. When hiring trusted staff to work in your day-to-day operations, and C-level managers, you must verify their previous employment, education, and license. This package will probably be used for most of your staff.
