(“54 Main”) and the two companies will combine their operations in Hempstead, NY.
54 Main has been a fixture in the Hempstead community for 38 years, providing services to medical practices whose specialties include urgent care, primary care, immunizations and vaccinations, student physicals, immigration physicals, pre-employment and annual employment physicals. Mobile Health, with locations in Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island as well as Hempstead, provides services to medical practices specializing in many of the same health care services. Mobile Health will utilize the combination with 54 Main as a platform to expand its client base, particularly medical practices that provide primary care services, at its locations in the five boroughs.
