Do you have questions about the status of your employee’s scheduled exam with Mobile Health? You can access real-time procedure updates in the Patient Exam Dashboard available in the Client Portal.

Previously, clients only had access to the entire appointment’s status and not the individual procedures of the appointment. For example, if 2 out of 3 procedures had completed, then the appointment status would show “Pending” since the appointment itself had not yet completed.

Now, with the new Patient Exam Dashboard, clients can see the individual status of every procedure in an appointment. Clients can identify if a particular test or evaluation is taking longer than usual, while knowing that all other procedures completed successfully.

Although Mobile Health shares the status, clients cannot access the medical records until all appointment procedures are completed. Mobile Health cannot share a partial medical record, or official results of individual components until the entire appointment finishes.

And of course, all patient data in the Client Portal remains secure and HIPAA-compliant.
